Toyota Harrier Power Back Door Struts [68910-49088 68910-48050 68910-49165] – AVU65W 2014, 2013–2025

This is the left power back door strut for the Toyota Harrier, taken from a 2014 hybrid (AVU65W). It is the electric strut that opens and closes the tailgate at the touch of a button, in place of the plain gas damper fitted to manual back doors. The Harrier 60 series and 80 series both use powered struts, so this page also lists the other chassis codes the supplier shows as compatible. When a power strut wears out, the usual signs are a tailgate that opens slowly or unevenly, stops halfway, makes a grinding or clicking noise, or won't open or close automatically at all. The tailgate is heavy, so a failing strut can also let it drop. It's worth fixing early. The Harrier uses one strut on each side. If the left one has failed, check the right as well, since they wear at a similar rate. We have both sides in stock, so you can replace the pair together. This part is for cars with the power back door only. Harriers with a manual tailgate use a different part and this strut will not fit.
